How to Use

UltraCalming Mist - After cleansing, spray over face, neck and chest with eyes closed. For added benefits, press into skin. May also be sprayed onto fingertips or dampened cotton pad and applied to the skin with light, upward strokes. UltraCalming CalmWater Gel - Squeeze a small amount into palm and rub hands together to activate. Pat gently onto face and neck. Use twice a day for continuous relief.

I have only been using the Calm Water Gel for a week now and I have noticed such an incredible difference in my skin sensitivity.
